We choose products from eco ranges, match them to the surfaces and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Tell us about young children, pets or allergies in your home so we can take them into account when planning the clean.
Eco does not mean completely harmless. We keep cleaning products secured and follow guidance on ventilation and access to treated surfaces.
Before our visit
Do I need to be home?
You can stay or arrange access. We agree how to enter and secure your home before confirming the visit.
Products and equipment
We bring all necessary products and equipment, including a vacuum cleaner. You can also offer your own vacuum by selecting the calculator option. Tell us about delicate surfaces, allergies, children and pets.
When and how do I pay?
Pay by BLIK or cash after cleaning. With a 4-visit package, pay for each visit separately; there is no automatic renewal.
Rescheduling or cancellation
Call or message us as early as possible. A new date needs our confirmation and depends on availability.
What if something is missed?
Call or message us, describe the missed task and attach a photo if possible. We will arrange a visit to correct the omission within the booked scope free of charge.
Good to know
Is the calculator price final?
Yes, for the selected scope, location and extras. Additional work must be agreed separately before it starts.
Does a request confirm the booking?
No. Your request holds the time, but the booking is confirmed only after we accept it.
What does 24/7 mean?
Send a request at any time. Available cleaning hours appear in the calendar.
How does the 4-visit package work?
Choose 4 dates with the same cleaning scope. Each visit is discounted by 10% and paid after completion. This site does not collect payments.
